Breakaway Athletics LLC operates an invite-only athletic training club offering elite training sessions led by distinguished professionals, including former professional and collegiate athletes. Participation is selective and not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility
 • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into tryouts or membership
 • Breakaway Athletics LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion
 • Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian

3. User Responsibilities
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and truthful and that you will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or misuse the website.

4. No Medical or Performance Guarantees
Breakaway Athletics provides athletic training and development services only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual athletic results are not guaranteed.

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By applying for or participating in any Breakaway Athletics program, you acknowledge and assume all such risks. Additional waivers or releases may be required prior to participation.
